These paintings were inspired by the Royal Tour of Egypt, Saudi Arabia and India in 2006.

Through them, I have sought to capture the richness of colour, atmosphere and vitality that defined each place we visited.

Some moments were marked by profound stillness, such as the tranquil oasis at Siwa, depicted in the painting featured in the Royal Exhibition. Others were filled with energy and spectacle, including a vibrant Rajasthani parade with its magnificently adorned elephants.
